Without curves.

We'll be going from left to right.

Crop this picture to get the base.

STEP ONE:

Duplicate the base twice.

Set the bottom duplicate on Screen 71% and the top one on Soft Light 100%.

The result is this. *right*

STEP TWO:

Create a new layer between the Screen and Soft Light layers and fill with #F9FCCE.

Set the layer to Saturation 100%.

STEP THREE:

Add this texture by luthien_black.

Set it to Overlay 100%.
